LeBron James and Love would be able to reunite after years together with the Cleveland Cavaliers. This duo knows each other well and can coexist on the floor together. The Lakers have some changes coming this offseason and Love could be thrown into the mix.
The Los Angeles Lakers have added the likes of Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony in hopes of building a winner. Anthony is entering free agency while Westbrook has one year left on his contract.
The point is, that the Lakers’ front office has not been afraid to add veterans to the mix in order to win. After missing the postseason, it is likely that the front office decides to reshape a bit.

At this point, Love would not be expensive for the Los Angeles Lakers to acquire given what he is owed next season, which is $28.9 million in the final year of his deal. Los Angeles could take a chance on Love and if it works out, sign him to a cheaper deal in free agency.
