Now, they’re loaded with quality young players who will all need contracts. Their books may not be able to handle it. This team may need to consolidate some of those pieces sooner than later.
One of those pieces is De’Andre Hunter. He’s been an archetypical 3-and-D wing throughout his three-year career so far. If the Hawks were to put him on the open market, he’d garner significant interest.
