LaMelo Ball has been dazzling NBA audiences with his playmaking wizardry from the moment he entered the league. Alongside Miles Bridges and P.J. Washington, he gives the Hornets one of the most exciting young cores in the NBA.

He still needs a co-star. Bridges took a step towards filling that role this season. He’s a quality young player, but he profiles as a high-end third option heading into the future.

Of course, he could develop into something more, but the Hornets would still benefit from adding some top-end talent.
