Sacramento Kings Receive: F Tobias Harris, G/F Danny Green, PHI 2022 1st Round Pick (Lottery-Protected), PHI 2023 2nd Round Pick
Philadelphia 76ers Receive: F Harrison Barnes, G/F Buddy Hield
After winning 12 of their last 16 games, the Philadelphia 76ers are now 27-19 on the season and right on the cusp of being a Top-4 team standings-wise in the Eastern Conference.
Making a big change at the trade deadline is something they do not believe they need to do as an organization, as the 76ers truly believe they can win a championship this season, but there is a level of interest within the front-office of moving Tobias Harris.
Set to make $112.8M through the 2023-24 season with no opt out clauses, Harris has not lived up to the value of his contract at times for the Sixers. Averaging 18.2 points, 7.4 rebounds and shooting 46.1% from the floor this season, Tobias Harris has continued to prove useful to the 76ers.
However, he is shooting just 31.3% from three-point range on the season and the 76ers seem to have their attention turned towards future moves they could potentially make to pair other All-Star-like talents with Joel Embiid.

Ben Simmons is as good as gone at this point in regards to the 76ers’ future plans and it does not seem like Harris is going to be with this organization too much longer either.
Capitalizing on value now given the size of his contract is something that interests the Sixers, hence why Harrison Barnes and Buddy Hield could be of interest to Philadelphia.
Both Barnes and Hield are on high-paying deals that accumulate to over $100M in total through the durations of their contracts, but they can both contribute to a championship-level team right now and could possibly be future assets to leverage at a later date as well.
LATEST NBA NEWS & TRADE RUMORS: Could Kings Be Tobias Harris Suitor In Ben Simmons Trade?
Sacramento has shown a level of willingness to move on from secondary talents like Harrison Barnes and Buddy Hield and it is looking very likely that the team will wind up trading at least one of the two at the deadline this season.
Gathering more draft assets and adding a key contributor on the offensive-end of the courti n Tobias Harris could be enough for the Sacramento Kings to relinquish Buddy Hield and Harrison Barnes to the Philadelphia 76ers.
