One of the surprises of the 2021-22 NBA season has been how good the Chicago Bulls have been, but this really should not come as a surprise.
DeMar DeRozan, Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic are three proven All-Stars in this league and with Lonzo Ball, one of the better two-way guards in the league, and a defensive-stopper in Alex Caruso, the Bulls have suddenly built themselves into a formidable opponent in the Eastern Conference.
Currently 27-12, the Bulls hold the best record in the East right now and while they recently fell victim to the Brooklyn Nets, they are still 1.5 games up on them for first-place in the conference.
With DeMar DeRozan playing like a true MVP-caliber talent and the Bulls being one of the best offensive teams in the NBA, it is definitely going to be hard to beat Chicago late in the season. However, there are still question marks about how well this team can be defensively.
