One Perfect Trade Target For Dallas Mavericks To Pursue

Dallas Mavericks, NBA Trade Rumors
NBA Analysis Network

The Dallas Mavericks are going to be jockeying for position outside of the NBA Play-In Tournament in the Western Conference. Right now they are holding down the sixth position, the final spot outside of the play-in tournament, but there is still plenty of work left to be done.

The Los Angeles Lakers and LA Clippers are right on their tail in seventh and eighth place. Dallas is only 4.5 games ahead of the 12th place Portland Trail Blazers, so they know they will have to keep winning games.

The Mavericks would love to find their stride offensively, as their struggles on that end of the court are one of the biggest surprises of the season. It has been the team’s defense that has been helping them along the most this season as the team is struggling mightily shooting 3-pointers.

Luckily for Dallas, they have been able to pinpoint issues to improve upon to help their place in the standings. With just over a month until the NBA trade deadline, you can be sure that the Mavericks will be placing some calls to upgrade the roster.
