Jeremy Lamb – Indiana Pacers
With the emergence of rookie Chris Duarte and veteran Justin Holiday playing well on the wing as well, the Indiana Pacers are going to be looking to move Jeremy Lamb this season. After tearing his Achilles in 2020, Lamb is still looking to work his way back to full-speed, but has shown flashes of his scoring potential.
At 29-years-old and in his 10th season in the NBA, Jeremy Lamb is definitely not an elite-level scorer, but he is a consistent bench player that can score in flurries. In fact, he had a 23-point night against the Charlotte Hornets not too long ago and scored at least 11 points in five of his first seven games of the 2021-22 season.
Not having any trade exceptions, the Suns would have to likely offer up the same trade package of Dario Saric and Jalen Smith for Jeremy Lamb, a deal that Indiana would likely decline. However, Phoenix does not really need Lamb on their roster and should not want to pursue him, especially given his injury history.
Being in the final year of his contract makes Lamb advantageous in a trade for the Suns, but Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and Landry Shamet seem to have things under-control on the wing.

This team does not need another wing player and while having Jeremy Lamb would certainly add more depth, the Suns do like what they have in Dario Saric when he is healthy. At the end of the day, if the Suns do or do not make this trade, it does not really help or hurt them in any way, but this is not a deal they should actively pursue.
