There are officially 78 days left until the 2022 NBA Trade Deadline, but who’s counting? 

All 30 teams around the league have learned something about themselves through the first five weeks of the new season, some good and some bad, and we should expect plenty of teams to be interested in making moves this year. 

Last season, a total of 24 trades were made before the trade deadline, including 16 trades being made on trade deadline day! Maybe we will not see as many trades go down this season since there is a lot more balance across the league in terms of personnel, but there are several teams who will be “selling” and “buying” on or before February 10, 2022. 

Whether it is because of injuries, system fits, or teams beginning to rebuild, there is always action going on near the trade deadline and while rumors will begin to pick up after the December 15 deadline for recently signed players becoming eligible to be traded, there are still some teams we need to begin keeping tabs on.
