Brooklyn Nets

This would not be the first time that the Brooklyn Nets acquire a veteran player down low. We saw it happen with Blake Griffin and LaMarcus Aldridge — twice. The Nets have loaded up on talent and experience in hopes of taking the next step toward a championship.

This is another chance to add some more experience and Young would bring plenty on both ends of the floor. This is not to say that the Brooklyn Nets need to go out and make this move but it would benefit them in the long run. Young has what it takes to come in and produce when it matters most.

He has played in some big games in his career and knows how to come off the bench and contribute. The Nets have plenty of starpower with Kevin Durant and James Harden.

The front office has done a good job at putting players around them and it has worked to this point. Now, it is important to work in the postseason.

The Brooklyn Nets are a championship team and now they have to take that step. It would not be surprising to see the front office continue to be aggressive in order to win when it matters most.
