3. Domantas Sabonis

If the Phoenix Suns move on from Deandre Ayton, they would likely want a player in return that is ready to contribute and help them get back to the NBA Finals again as soon as possible. One possible option could be Domantas Sabonis.

The Indiana Pacers have been going back and forth about whether or not to break up their jumbo frontcourt of Sabonis and Myles Turner. If they decide they want a full teardown, they could be interested in a package centered around Ayton. Ayton could be their long-term answer in the middle if they move on from Turner as well.

For the Suns, they would be getting a versatile big man that may fit what they are looking for a little better. Sabonis is a legitimate go-to player offensively in the frontcourt. They can run a lot of offense through him whether it is as a scorer or if they want him to facilitate their sets.

Sabonis would be a lot of fun to watch in pick-and-roll sets with Chris Paul and Devin Booker, creating a lot of issues for opposing defenses along the way.

The Suns would lose something defensively, swapping Ayton out for Sabonis, but their offense would be a lot more dangerous. If Sabonis can continue working on his outside shot, he will be that much more difficult for opponents to defend. As a second or third option, the Suns would be ecstatic about what Sabonis would bring to the floor.
