What the Dallas Mavericks could offer

Any trade for Kyrie Irving involving the Dallas Mavericks would need to start with either Porzingis or Tim Hardaway Jr.

Hardaway re-signed with Dallas in the offseason, so the Brooklyn Nets would need to wait to acquire him. Along with either Porzingis or Hardaway, the Mavericks could send Jalen Brunson to the Nets in hopes to get a deal done.

Porzingis would give Brooklyn a floor-spacing big that would allow Kevin Durant to play less time at center.

And with Brunson, he’s a point guard that continues to improve, and his ability to excel in off-ball situations would be ideal alongside Kevin Durant and James Harden.
