The New Orleans Pelicans decided not to trade Ball despite his free-agent status. Now, he is with the Bulls and has a chance to get comfortable with some strong pieces on the perimeter. 

Ball is going to have the ball in his hands a lot. With scorers all over the floor, Ball has a chance to rack up the assists on a nightly basis. It would not be surprising in the slightest to see the point guard average eight or more assists per night.

Nikola Vucevic provides an option down low while LaVine and DeRozan are along the perimeter. Ball has the size and quickness to get to his spot and the passing ability to setup his teammates in position to be successful.
