Not only do NBA players want to be an All-Star due to the extra money they get from their contracts due to incentives, but every player in the league strives to be the best they can be.

Making the All-Star Game is a huge accomplishment and we have seen quite a few guys over the years breakthrough and make their first All-Star appearance.
