Can the Clippers survive amid the absence of Kawhi Leonard?
As previously mentioned, the LA Clippers are going to be without Leonard to begin the upcoming season.
Leonard suffered a knee injury in the team’s playoff series versus the Utah Jazz in 2020-2021. He would be unable to return in the playoffs and he underwent surgery in the offseason, forcing him to be brought back slowly by the organization.
It’s going to be important for the rest of the roster to step up in his absence, especially Paul George.
Any slip-ups in the regular season sans Leonard and the Clippers could be in an awkward spot in a competitive Western Conference.
