The LA Clippers have to get to the NBA Finals. Since bringing in both Paul George and Kawhi Leonard, the Clippers have not been able to come out of the Western Conference but made a run this season.
This offseason, the Clippers made sure that their core remained in place and could be looking for other deals to improve. Los Angeles began with giving Leonard a new contract once he opted out. This was a move to be expected and something that Leonard said earlier in the year. The Clippers also brought back Reggie Jackson on a two-year deal to run the show at the top of the offense.
The point guard position is locked down and this was a huge priority this offseason. It was a good year for the Clippers but Leonard suffered an injury that kept him out of the playoffs. George stepped up and turned in some big-time performances to get Los Angeles to the Western Conference Finals.
There are some other moves to be made and the Memphis Grizzlies could be at the forefront. Memphis recently put some intriguing names on the trading block this offseason. This comes after a postseason appearance this year. The Grizzlies finished as the eighth seed in the Western Conference.

They were eliminated in five games but getting to that level was an accomplishment for the organization. This is a chance for Memphis to continue to retool the roster and build the way they want to move forward.
