Would this trade make sense for the Golden State Warriors?

The Golden State Warriors have been shopping for Andrew Wiggins since he came to town. It is unknown if any offers have been made, but it remains clear that he will be sent away if the right one presents itself. This is where the Spurs could help as the Warriors retool for contending this season.

Golden State is getting Thompson back this season, and that is the best addition they could make. After two years away, it is like Thompson is a free-agent addition.

In this deal, Wiggins will bring back some rotation-ready players. White is a promising player on the perimeter that could act as a spark off the bench, which is the role that Shaun Livingston played for years in Golden State. Young is a veteran option with the necessary experience in the postseason.

Sending Wiggins way would open up the perimeter even further for Curry and Thompson to get back to doing what they do best.
