The Atlanta Hawks have a logjam on the wing that they are going to have to do something about sooner than later. They have done a great job of acquiring talent, but they are going to eventually have to commit to some players and move on from others. This has resulted in some NBA trade rumors.

There were NBA trade rumors throughout the offseason that one of the players that could be on his way out of town was Cam Reddish. The No. 10 overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft was reportedly being shopped for a first-round pick, even if it were outside of the lottery.

Nothing came to fruition, and Reddish’s performance in the Eastern Conference Finals may have been enough for the Hawks to re-evaluate if they want to move him.

But, given the current makeup of the roster, he could still be on the outside looking in.

Atlanta has De’Andre Hunter, Kevin Huerter, Bogdan Bogdanovic, Solomon Hill, and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot that can soak up minutes on the wing. Jalen Johnson could also see minutes there in his rookie season.

One area the Hawks could upgrade is in the backcourt. The team struggled at times in non-Trae Young minutes and could use some help. Could Coby White of the Chicago Bulls be a target?
