Indiana Pacers Receive: F OG Anunoby, F Yuta Watanabe, TOR 2024 1st Round Pick (Top-7 Protected)
Toronto Raptors Receive: C Myles Turner

This trade would definitely be a long shot since the Toronto Raptors seem to be moving forward with their current core. Still, OG Anunoby could definitely be a valuable asset for the Pacers to get back in a trade involving Myles Turner.

Not only can he play on the wing, but Anunoby can also play the power forward position, sliding Sabonis to the center position.

Not only does this give the Pacers a more athletic and versatile starting unit, but a young player in Anunoby who could be on the verge of having a breakout year. The Raptors’ forward will be entering his fifth season in the NBA, and OG Anunoby is coming off of a career year.

With the Raptors dealing with injuries of their own last year, Anunoby only played in 43 games, but he averaged 15.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.5 steals, and shot 39.8% from three-point range, all of which were new career-highs.

Given his potential to be a two-way player in this league for a long-time to come, OG Anunoby could be a perfect fit in Indiana.

He could also potentially be the person to take over for T.J. Warren on the wing, especially since question marks are surrounding Warren and his status. The breakout star of the NBA Bubble is entering the final year of his contract, and if T.J. Warren cannot remain healthy, the Pacers probably will not look to bring him back.

OG Anunoby does have some wear and tear concerns with his knees, but he is the picture-perfect, athletic two-way talent for the Pacers to target on the wing. At just 24-years-old, Anunoby is only going to continue getting better, making him a potential breakout player for the 2021-22 season.
