4 Players Primed To Be Traded Entering Training Camp

NBA Analysis Network

The 2021 NBA offseason is wrapping up, as training camp is right around the corner. There will be a lot of old faces in new places this season as there was a ton of player movement. But, there weren’t many big trades made.

The biggest name player that moved via trade this offseason was Russell Westbrook. The Washington Wizards traded him to the Los Angeles Lakers right before the 2021 NBA Draft in exchange for Kyle Kuzma, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Montrezl Harrell, and the No. 22 overall pick.

Other NBA All-Stars were mentioned in trade rumors but nothing came to fruition. Damian Lillard, CJ McCollum, Ben Simmons, Bradley Beal, Kristaps Porzingis, and Pascal Siakam were all mentioned as possible trade targets but currently remain with their teams.

With less than two weeks until training camp gets underway, a majority of the rosters around the league are set. There may be a few surprises at the end of the bench, but for the most part, teams know which players they will be taking into the regular season on their rosters.
