We have entered the dog days of the NBA calendar. The frenzy of the offseason has quieted down, as the NBA Draft and free agency are well behind us. Summer League ended a few weeks ago as well.

Now, we are in the lull of time until training camp begins. Teams are putting the final touches on and filling out their roster for camp. Teams can have up to 20 players at training camp, but that number drops to 15, with two two-way players allowed, come the regular season.

While most of the major changes have come already, there is still the possibility of moving ahead of training camp.

We are all patiently waiting for the trade news of Ben Simmons, who looks likely to be dealt with by the Philadelphia 76ers. Wherever he lands will change the landscape of the NBA and adjust the expectations of teams.
