Pascal Siakam to Dallas Mavericks

Throughout the offseason, Pascal Siakam saw his name mentioned in trade talks. Lowry is now gone from the Toronto Raptors, so some people assume that Toronto is gearing up for a slight rebuild.

Pascal Siakam is a versatile forward that a lot of teams would love to add to their roster. The selection of Scottie Barnes in the 2021 NBA Draft did nothing but spark more rumors of Siakam potentially being traded.

However, for the time being, Siakam seems like he’ll begin the upcoming season with the Raptors. But that shouldn’t rule out the possibility we see him shipped to a new team at some point before the NBA trade deadline.

The Dallas Mavericks would be an excellent fit for Pascal Siakam as a new running mate for Luka Doncic.

The Kristaps Porzingis experiment hasn’t panned out so far, and while Pascal Siakam wouldn’t bring rim protection to the frontcourt, he would drastically improve the offense of the Mavericks moving forward.
