Golden State Warriors
Coming into the offseason, many people thought the Golden State Warriors would make a big splash. They had a lot of assets they could flip in a blockbuster deal to add another star player to their core of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.
They have been linked to players such as Bradley Beal, Pascal Siakam, and Ben Simmons, but thus far, that star-studded deal has yet to happen. Instead, the Warriors could look to someone such as Myles Turner to help round out the roster.
Turner would cost a fraction of the price that those players would, yet he would still fill a need on the team. The center spot could use some help, especially with developing youngster James Wiseman manning the middle.
Wiseman has loads of potential, but a team trying to make a final run at an NBA Championship with an aging core, potential doesn’t help them much right away. Turner on the other hand would help the team on their quest for a title.

Turner, along with Green and Thompson when he returns to form, would give the Warriors three elite defenders. Thompson and Green can lock down the perimeter while anyone that beats them will have to deal with Turner at the rim.
Given his ability to space the floor and with his underrated ball-handling, Turner is a great pairing in the frontcourt with Green given their strengths and weaknesses.
While not an All-Star, Turner would certainly help get the Warriors back on the championship track.
