The Lakers have been active in putting together a new team this offseason. Besides the trade for Russell Westbrook, Los Angeles has added Carmelo Anthony, Kent Bazemore, Trevor Ariza, Dwight Howard, Kendrick Nunn, and Malik Monk via free agency.

All of the signings that the Lakers have made make it a possibility for Jared Dudley to either retire or find a new team for the upcoming season.

While Dudley isn’t a guy that will play 20 minutes anymore, he can still be a key role player on a contending team.

Dudley would be a cheap veteran for the Phoenix Suns to add to their bench that could provide leadership and be a glue guy as they attempt to return to the NBA Finals.

Even though he can’t contribute as much as he used to, Jared Dudley would be a solid veteran for the Suns to add that has championship experience.
