Wesley Matthews
You can never have enough shooting in the NBA as the best teams in the league are all capable of knocking down threes in bunches.
This past season, the Phoenix Suns were the seventh-best team in three-point efficiency (37.8 percent) thanks to the likes of Paul, Devin Booker, Crowder, Payne, Mikal Bridges, and Cameron Johnson. Even with the shooters they currently possess, Phoenix could use an experienced wing player that can make outside shots when needed.
Wesley Matthews saw a decline in his production this past season with the Los Angeles Lakers. The 34-year-old three-point marksman posted a career-low 4.8 points on a career-worst 33.5 percent shooting from beyond the arc in 2020-21.
Despite his dismal numbers, I believe Matthews can still provide value for a team that needs more firepower in the shooting department.

The Suns wouldn’t need to give many minutes to Wesley Matthews, but he can be a solid role player that can enter the rotation in certain matchups.
