It is no secret that the Philadelphia 76ers are going to be a huge team to watch as the NBA offseason progresses. The storyline between Philadelphia and Ben Simmons just seems to grow each day and a schism has to come sooner or later.

In this particular NBA trade scenario, the Minnesota Timberwolves could be one of the interested teams. The team has been linked to Simmons in the past as having significant interest in getting a potential trade done. Could they circle back to get a deal done?

It was yet another disappointing season for the Philadelphia 76ers. They were eliminated in seven games in the second round of the postseason by the Atlanta Hawks. Simmons’ offensive game was nonexistent and it was taken to a new level during the postseason.
