Jarred Vanderbilt
Jarred Vanderbilt was seldomly used when he was with the Denver Nuggets to begin his NBA career. He played in 17 games as a rookie and then nine more before they traded him to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
He played in only two games with the Timberwolves during the 2019-20 season but was a big part of the team’s rotation this past season. He played in 64 games, starting 30 of them, and playing well with his opportunities.
Jarred Vanderbilt averaged 5.4 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.7 blocks in only 17.8 minutes per game. His per-36 minute stats are very impressive, as Vanderbilt has shown that he can make an impact on both ends of the court.
As a restricted free agent, the Timberwolves have a chance to match any offer sheet that Vanderbilt receives.
