2. Brooklyn Nets
When you have a Big 3 such as the Brooklyn Nets do with Kevin Durant, James Harden and Kyrie Irving, rounding out the roster will always prove difficult. But, Sean Marks did a good job of it this offseason.
The Nets were able to sign Patty Mills away from the San Antonio Spurs, providing a veteran presence on their second unit. James Johnson was signed and Blake Griffin re-signed as well to add some depth to the frontcourt. They also made five selections in the 2021 NBA Draft.
Cameron Thomas, Day’Ron Sharpe, Kessler Edwards, Marcus Zegarowski and RaiQuan Gray were selected. They could all be used at points this season to shore up the rotation.
But, if there is one thing the Nets need to fix from last season it is their defense. Counting on rookies to fix that is a risky plan, so if the Nets want to add a more established defender to their rotation, Frank Ntilikina is a good option.

It will pain fans to see Ntilikina suiting up for the Nets, but there is no denying that he is a good fit for them. He would instantly improve the team’s defense and provide them with some secondary ball-handling and playmaking.
