1. Chicago Bulls
Are the Chicago Bulls back? Fans will say so and on paper, it is hard to argue. The Bulls were surprisingly aggressive during the trade deadline in the regular season and that continued in free agency.
The hiring of Billy Donovan put this franchise on the right track and now the front office is putting the right players in his lineup.
Lonzo Ball agreed to a four-year deal in free agency. He will join Zach LaVine in a backcourt that, all of a sudden, looks legitimate. Nikola Vucevic was the big addition at the trade deadline and this solidified the frontcourt next to Lauri Markkanen.
On day two, the Bulls acquired DeMar DeRozan in a sign-and-trade deal with the San Antonio Spurs. This gives the Bulls a legitimate threat at all five spots on the floor. DeRozan is one of the best mid-range threats in the league and will bring a new dynamic to the Bulls.

Chicago might not be that championship team in the league but they can be viewed as a postseason team in the East. The front office was aggressive and fans should be extremely happy with the moves that were made.
