Portland Trail Blazers
It was once assumed that the Portland Trail Blazers were going to offload CJ McCollum this offseason in hopes to get Damian Lillard a new running mate.
While Lillard was also discussed in NBA trade rumors, it seems likely that the Trail Blazers is going to stick with their backcourt duo of McCollum and Lillard next season.
Aside from the losses of Carmelo Anthony and Enes Kanter, the Trail Blazers have mainly remained intact. The team re-signed Norman Powell and added Tony Snell and Cody Zeller in free agency.
Losing Anthony leaves the Trail Blazers shorthanded in the scoring department off of the bench. Replacing Anthony with Terrence Ross would be a great move for a team that needs to be aggressive if they want to keep up with the arms race that is happening in the Western Conference.

Being able to have Ross come off of the bench for a lineup that features Lillard, McCollum, and Powell would be a valuable asset to have if you are the Trail Blazers.
