The Orlando Magic had a positive development in the 2021 NBA Draft when the Toronto Raptors passed on Jalen Suggs to select Scottie Barnes with the No. 4 overall pick.
With Orlando taking the best player available, they couldn’t avoid the idea of taking Suggs, who now joins a crowded backcourt in Orlando.
Given the youth movement that the Magic are taking, Terrence Ross could be a name to keep an eye out for on the trade market.
Despite a rough shooting performance from outside (shot 33.7 percent from three-point range), Ross recorded a career-best 15.6 points per game for the Magic this past season.

Whoever decides to make a move for Ross, would likely be acquiring the veteran guard to fill their sixth-man role.
