Boston Celtics
They do not have much cap space, but the Boston Celtics are a team that is actively looking to add a veteran guard to their roster and they do have some flexibility financially. Kris Dunn, Grant Williams and Romeo Langford all have tradable contracts that could free up chunks of cap space to acquire Reggie Jackson and they could also waive Jabari Parker, who has a $2.28M non-guaranteed contract.
After trading away Kemba Walker in the offseason and not bringing in another backcourt player, the Celtics are thin in terms of options as primary ball-handlers in their backcourt.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown will take on most of the load of being ball-handlers for the Celtics, but Marcus Smart and Payton Pritchard are their only two point guard options, unless they want to utilize Josh Richardson as a point guard as well.
The only problem with the Celtics pursuing Reggie Jackson like we mentioned is the cap situation. Reggie Jackson wants to get paid and he deserves this, so bringing him in on a minimum deal is not an option for the Celtics at this point in time.

If they want Reggie Jackson, they will have to move a handful of contracts around to try and sign him, but in the end, there are other teams who can offer better deals to Reggie Jackson. Definitely still keep an eye on the Boston Celtics in regards to Jackson, but they will likely turn their attention to other veteran guards to round out their roster.
