Los Angeles Clippers
While the first few days of free agency have passed and Reggie Jackson has not received a new contract, he is one of the most talked about players still available league-wide.
There is mutual interest between him and the Clippers to get a deal done, but they will have to offer him more than the minimum to hang around in Los Angeles, especially with Kawhi being out and his role expanding there.
The Clippers hold Reggie Jackson’s Early Bird rights and could offer him a starting salary up to $10.4M, which is pretty much more than any other team in the league right now. The Clippers are also in talks to bring back Kawhi Leonard right now, which could also be a reason contract talks with Jackson are taking longer than expected.
There is still work to be done between the two sides, but I fully expect Reggie Jackson to return to the Clippers on at least a one-year contract. He will most likely be looking at a multi-year deal with Los Angeles with an option in the final year of the contract that will pay him anywhere from $8M-$10M annually.

Reggie Jackson has really enjoyed his time with the Los Angeles Clippers and they proved this past year that they are true contenders in the Western Conference when fully healthy, so there really is not a reason for him to leave unless they are not willing to pay him.
