Miami Heat
Now, I know this may sound crazy, but the Heat could potentially look to bring in Kelly Oubre Jr. on a one-year, minimum contract. He will probably decline said offer at first, but if no other team is interested in him, Oubre Jr. may have to take a minimum deal with a team like the Heat just to remain in the league!
By making moves to not only bring back Duncan Robinson on a long-term, high-paying contract, but bring in Kyle Lowry, P.J. Tucker and others, the Heat do not have virtually any cap space and they are hard-capped, but they do have 3 open roster spots as of right now.
One of these spots will likely go to Omer Yurtseven, who they had waived earlier in the week, but still have interest in bringing back, and another would likely go to Udonis Haslem, who is set to return to the Heat for his 19th season in the league with the Heat.
This final spot could very well go to a player like Kelly Oubre Jr. and if he has no other offers, why not go to the Heat if you are him! Not only would he get to be in Miami, a city that would embrace Oubre Jr. well, but he would get to play for a real contending team that has a chance to win a title.

With Kyle Lowry, Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo, Victor Oladipo, Duncan Robinson and others, this Heat team is definitely going to be a contending team and if they were able to add Kelly Oubre Jr. to their bench on a minimum contract, they would have even more firepower on the offensive-end of the court, something they have been lacking over the years.
Not having Andre Iguodala anymore means the Heat do not have much depth on the wing behind Jimmy Butler, which is why bringing in Kelly Oubre Jr. makes sense. If he is willing to talk about a minimum contract, the Heat should look to get this deal done immediately.
