1. Andre Iguodala
Andre Iguodala was one of the casualties of the Miami Heat’s offseason spending spree. The team declined his $15 million option, making him a free agent as they needed money to sign Kyle Lowry and P.J. Tucker while re-signing Duncan Robinson.
Now a free agent, Iguodala will have his pick of contending teams to choose from. Given his championship experience and leadership qualities, every team with title aspirations and an open roster spot will show some interest in him.
The Los Angeles Lakers, who have been very successful landing players with veteran minimum deals, are reportedly interested in Andre Iguodala. His former team, the Golden State Warriors, have also been linked to him, as they are interested in adding some veterans to their roster.
At 37-years old, Andre Iguodala began looking his age last season. However, he can still offer solid production in spot minutes for a contending team. He offers multi-positional versatility on defense and can still initiate some offense as a secondary playmaker.

That would fit in with what the Brooklyn Nets need. He would provide insurance on the wing and in the frontcourt and has experience playing with ball-dominant stars, so playing alongside the Big 3 in Brooklyn wouldn’t be a hard adjustment for him as it may be for some of the other veterans ring chasing for the first time.
