Kelly Oubre Jr.
Kelly Oubre Jr. spent the 2020-21 season with the Golden State Warriors, who acquired him from the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Thunder had Oubre on their roster for less than a week before they flipped him to the Warriors following his acquisition from the Phoenix Suns.
Oubre failed to replicate the success he had with the Suns during his season with the Warriors. His efficiency on offense dropped, as all of his shooting percentages got worse in 2020-21 from 2019-20.
Alas, the shooting woes shouldn’t keep him from cashing in. There are several teams showing interest in Oubre including the Dallas Mavericks, San Antonio Spurs and New York Knicks.
Dallas showed interest in Oubre at the trade deadline, as they attempted to flip Kristaps Porzingis for him. New York has an interest should they land a star via trade. However, it will be the Spurs that land Oubre this offseason in free agency.

There are players on the Spurs roster that are pushing for the team to sign him this offseason. He would help fill the void in San Antonio that is likely to be left by DeMar DeRozan’s departure in free agency.
