It isn’t the beginning of NBA free agency just yet, but that doesn’t mean we can’t come up with hypothetical landing spots for some of the notable free agents, right?
Once NBA free agency gets underway in early August, one player that is going to be extremely busy is Kyle Lowry. Lowry has spent the past nine seasons with the Toronto Raptors, but his time in Toronto seems to be coming to a close.
During his tenure with the Raptors, Lowry helped the franchise win their first NBA title back in 2019. Lowry has embodied what it means to play for Toronto, giving his all in each and every game he suited up in.
However, Lowry was close to being traded during this year’s NBA trade deadline, which goes to show the likeliness of him leaving in free agency this summer.

Last season, Kyle Lowry posted averages of 17.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 7.3 assists for the Toronto Raptors. He did end up appearing in just 46 of the team’s 72 regular season appearances in what was a truly underwhelming season, from a team perspective.
