1. Pascal Siakam
The Boston Celtics have their cornerstone players in Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. There were some rumors that the Celtics could be players for Damian Lillard or Bradley Beal, but would have to include Brown in those deals.
Instead of breaking up their wing tandem, they should be looking to improve the roster around them. Adding a player such as Pascal Siakam would accomplish just that.
Some rumors were heading into the draft that the Raptors would move on from Siakam and they did nothing to quell those rumors. They passed on Gonzaga point guard Jalen Suggs to select Florida State forward Scotty Barnes with the fourth overall pick. Barnes’ natural position is at power forward, the same spot Pascal Siakam has been playing for them.
If the Raptors are truly ready to move on from Siakam, the Celtics should get involved in those trade talks. Even if it costs them a majority of their remaining assets, such as Marcus Smart or their young players, like Romeo Langford, Payton Pritchard, Aaron Nesmith or Robert Williams III, Brad Stevens has to consider making this move.

The Celtics look to have hit a little bit of a wall with the current core they have, so shaking things up could yield different results. Pascal Siakam would give the Celtics a third scorer behind Tatum and Brown and another versatile defender to slow down the high-scoring offenses in the Eastern Conference.
