San Antonio Spurs
The San Antonio Spurs could have a gaping hole in their frontcourt if DeMar DeRozan moves on in free agency. If that happens, Kelly Oubre Jr. is a logical selection to replace him.
Oubre Jr. would bring some much-needed scoring punch to the Spurs’ frontcourt, as DeRozan was the team’s leading scorer. While not the playmaker DeRozan is, Oubre Jr. would provide more of an impact on the glass and better defense.
There have been reports that players on the Spurs are pushing for the organization to sign Oubre Jr.
Adding new players always make for some chemistry and cohesion issues, but if the players are actively pining for Oubre Jr. to join the team, that process will be easier for San Antonio.

Oubre Jr. would also fit in with San Antonio from an age standpoint, as he would be right along the same timeline as their other core players such as Dejounte Murray, Derrick White, Keldon Johnson, Lonnie Walker and Devin Vassell.
