Sacramento Kings Receive: Tyrese Maxey, George Hill, Paul Reed, 2022 first-round pick, 2023 second-round pick and 2024 second-round pick
Philadelphia 76ers Receive: Buddy Hield and 2022 second-round pick (via ATL)
In all likeliness, there would be contenders vying for a Buddy Hield trade if he were made available this offseason. Teams in contention realize you can never have enough shooting, and Hield is one of the premier three-point shooters in the association.
Besides the Knicks, another playoff team that could be monitoring Hield’s situation is the Philadelphia 76ers. Regardless of what Philadelphia chooses to do with Ben Simmons, they need more spacing around Joel Embiid.
As for the Kings, the 76ers can offer an exciting young player in Tyrese Maxey to get the deal started. Maxey can play either point guard or shooting guard, and he showed as a rookie that he can bring a lot of energy to a team.
Even though he averaged just eight points and two assists per game this season, Maxey doesn’t turn 21 years old until November.

George Hill is also included in the trade to make the money work, and Paul Reed is an added piece to give the Kings more depth in the frontcourt. To finish out the trade, Philadelphia sends a 2022 first-round pick, and two future second-round picks.
