Philadelphia 76ers
The Philadelphia 76ers have been getting better and better each year as a franchise and they claimed the 1-seed in the Eastern Conference for the first-time since 2001, but were unable to make it past the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
The 76ers were defeated by the Atlanta Hawks in the Eastern Conference Semifinals and while there is chatter that they could look to trade Ben Simmons, the 76ers are going to be looking for ways to add more experienced talents to their team that can contribute on both ends of the court.
The 76ers’ backcourt was all over the place this past season, which is why they could possibly look to pursue Eric Bledsoe. They would likely have to move on from George Hill, who they acquired at the trade deadline, in order to make this trade work, but Bledsoe does seem to bring more to the table in terms of overall productivity than Hill.
Philadelphia is kind of tight on cap space and they may not want to move George Hill, which is why they could also look to pursue Eric Bledsoe if he is bought out of his contract, according to Bally Sports’ “Scoop B.” The 76ers will be a team to watch for more perimeter firepower in rumors this NBA offseason.

With Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris, the Sixers definitely have a really solid “one-two” punch on the offensive-end of the court, but they do need to add a little bit more talent to their oster if they want to contend for a championship against the likes of the Brooklyn Nets and Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference.
Getting Ben Simmons to be a factor for them will be a focal point, if the 76ers keep him on their roster this offseason, but adding Bledsoe definitely has its advantages. He is a guy who has been in the league for a while and can hold his own on both ends of the court, which is why he could definitely be a backcourt target for them this offseason.
