Philadelphia 76ers Receive: G Kyle Lowry (via sign-and-trade)
Toronto Raptors Receive: G Tyrese Maxey, G Shake Milton, G George Hill
This offseason trade scenario is definitely easier said, or in this case typed, than done! There is a lot that goes into a team financially in the NBA given the salary and hard caps, but there is even more that goes into sign-and-trades.
Not only does Philly have to figure out ways to even the money on both ends of a potential sign-and-trade for Kyle Lowry, but they would also need to leave some extra room financially for taxes and contracts increasing.

Depending on what kind of contract Lowry is seeking in the offseason, this could greatly affect whether or not the 76ers would have the financial flexibility to bring in Lowry without giving up Tobias Harris or Ben Simmons in the process.
With Danny Green set to become a free agent, Tyrese Maxey, Shake Milton and George Hill would suddenly become the three key guys that the Sixers could offer up to try and gain the financial flexibility they would need to pull off this sign-and-trade. Seth Curry is also a potential guy that could be moved given his $8.2M price tag for next season, but it is unlikely that Philly will want to move him given his value offensively.

Toronto is in a tough spot as an organization because they could have gained a ton of value for Lowry in the offseason, but now, if he decides to leave in free agency, they will lose a lot of value, especially if they do not execute a sign-and-trade! Bringing back Lowry is probably the most ideal situation for the Raptors, but if he wants out, then putting together a sign-and-trade at least brings Toronto some value in return.
Tyrese Maxey, Shake Milton and George Hill are all names who could fit in nicely with the Raptors next season, especially if they are unable to bring back Gary Trent Jr. as well! There are a lot of options for how the Raptors want to handle things in the offseason, but if Lowry does want to leave, then they must look to put together a sign-and-trade involving him.
