Oklahoma City Thunder
Oklahoma City is rebuilding and in doing so, they are looking to add as many young talents as possible, or draft picks, which they have done a good job of doing over the last few seasons. With the No. 6, 16, 18, 34, 36 and 55 picks in this year’s draft, the Thunder definitely have the tradeable draft assets they would need to acquire a player like Reddish from the Hawks.
Whether they offer up the 18th pick and one of their second-round picks or just the one first-round pick, the Thunder should be interested in Reddish and for good reason. Outside of Luguentz Dort and Aleksej Pokusevski, Oklahoma City does not have virtually any talent on the wing and Cam Reddish would come to them as an already experienced, young player that they could build with instead of drafting a prospect that has never played in an NBA game before.
Reddish will be 22-years-old in September, fitting him perfectly with the young timeline the Thunder have with guys like Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Luguentz Dort, Darius Bazley and others. ESPN’s Jonathan Givony also cited the Thunder as a possible trade destination stating, “Oklahoma City could be one possible destination with their trade exceptions and No. 18 pick, but there will surely be other options.”
With a ton of tradable assets that could be of interest to the Hawks, as well as the necessary cap space to bring in Reddish with the idea of keeping him long-term, the Thunder seem like a great fit for Cam Reddish. There, he could really focus on being more of a “3-and-D” wing rather than a facilitator and playmaker, especially with SGA leading this young core.

The Thunder will be adding one of the best players in this year’s draft to their roster with the 6th pick and if they are able to pull off a trade for Reddish, they will be adding some highly talented players to their roster in attempts to become one of the most lethal, young teams in the league.
