3 potential Kristaps Porzingis trade destinations we’d like to see

Kristaps Porzingis, Dallas Mavericks, NBA Trade Rumors
NBA Analysis Network

Two years ago when the Dallas Mavericks acquired former NBA All-Star Kristaps Porzingis from the New York Knicks, they thought they had just pulled off a heist. The Knicks, notorious for getting swindled in trades, just gave up on their franchise cornerstone before his rookie contract expired.

Dallas had grand visions of Porzingis teaming up with Luka Doncic and running roughshod over the Western Conference for years to come. Two years later and things aren’t close to what the Mavericks had hoped for.

A lot of the issues that persisted in New York have now begun cropping up in Dallas. When you combine that with Porzingis’ lack of production on the court, as he was a non-factor in the postseason, things are going about as badly as they could have for the Mavericks.

Porzingis is reportedly frustrated with his role in Dallas, as he feels he is an afterthought instead of a 1B to Doncic’s 1A.

With how things are progressing, things might be the best chance the Mavericks have to capitalize on whatever potential teams believe Porzingis has left. Which teams could be interested in adding the Latvian big man to their roster? Here are three potential Porzingis trades we would love to see.
