Bad Fit: Chicago Bulls
For the Chicago Bulls, their priorities are to get a point guard that can excel alongside Zach LaVine and to add more shooting. There’s no doubt that Buddy Hield would improve Chicago’s shooting on offense, but what would his role look like on the Bulls?
LaVine is the primary ball handler and he’s already residing at the shooting guard position. Unless LaVine makes the move to point guard, then Hield would be forced to play small forward or come off of the bench in Chicago.
Seeing that Patrick Williams flashed potential this season, it would be unwise to have someone else fill either forward spot in his place.
Also, there’s the fact that Nikola Vucevic needs the ball, which would push Hield down the food chain in terms of touches for the Bulls.

Unlike the Lakers though, who would have him as a third scoring option, the Bulls wouldn’t being able to get him nearly as many wide-open shots from outside due to the lack of firepower Chicago has on the roster outside of LaVine and Vucevic.
