Victor Oladipo Won’t Be Rushed Back
The worst thing for a player to do when they are returning from as serious of an injury as Victor Oladipo is to come back too early.
Sometimes a player will want to come back to help his team win games, but Oladipo would be afforded the chance to rehab and get 100 percent right before returning if he signed with the Milwaukee Bucks.
With the Bucks’ current roster, they would be in no hurry to get Oladipo back on the court. Khris Middleton is on top of his game at shooting guard and they have some depth behind him.
Donte DiVincenzo should be recovered by the start of the 2021-22 season and Pat Connaughton is on the roster still as well as a combo guard off the bench. If Bryn Forbes doesn’t decline his player option, he can also provide some minutes as a backup guard off the bench.

Given the depth that they have, even when he is ready to return he can be eased into action. He can play a few minutes here and there to get his feet wet without disrupting the rotation or be relied upon to carry the team.
