The Los Angeles Lakers and Sacramento Kings have long been rumored as trade partners. Going back over a year, there were trade rumors spreading around the NBA that the old-time rivals could work out a deal that would send forward Kyle Kuzma to the Kings with guard Bogdan Bogdanovic heading to the Lakers.
While that deal never came to fruition, the two teams should have talks again this offseason as another trade could work out for both sides. The Kings, once again, would land Kuzma and this time they would ship Buddy Hield out to Los Angeles.
This is the framework of a deal that would benefit both sides. The Lakers, who are desperate for 3-point shooting, would get one of the best marksmen in the NBA.
Hield has made 40.6 percent of his 3-point attempts in his career and would give the Lakers a third scoring option behind LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
