Does this trade make sense for the Denver Nuggets?
It is clear that teams in the NBA have attempted to create a duo or trio of stars in hopes of taking that step toward a championship. The Denver Nuggets have two in place with one just being named MVP of the league. If they want to add another one, Paul George could be one of the biggest names to go after.
The time has come for Denver to make that big move. With a solid core in place, they have come up just short in a difficult Western Conference.
Paul George would give them that other perimeter threat to solidify the backcourt, along with Murray. It would be thought that they would have to give up one of their two stars in return, but they have enough assets to get this deal done.
One being Aaron Gordon, who came over in a midseason trade with the Orlando Magic.
