2. Dallas Mavericks
The Dallas Mavericks have to upgrade their roster this offseason as it could be the last chance they have to do so for the foreseeable future. Maximizing Luka Doncic is what the organization should be focusing on, and Duncan Robinson would help do that.
Surrounding Doncic with as many shooters as possible is a recipe for success with the Mavericks. Robinson is an elite shooter and his 41.7 percent success rate on catch-and-shoot 3-pointers would fit in perfectly.
His constant motion offensively is something that already drives defenses crazy; imagine if he was doing it while they were trying to key in on Doncic as well?
The Mavericks could also be losing a lot of depth on the wing, as Tim Hardaway Jr. and Josh Richardson are free agents. If they are unable to retain one or both of them, Robinson can step right into the minutes that they would be leaving behind.
While Robinson won’t help the Mavericks much with their defensive issues, he would take an already good offense to another level.

It is a worthwhile gamble for the Mavericks as they need to do everything in their power to keep Luka Doncic happy and turn this roster into a contending one.
