What a mess the Houston Rockets were during this season, getting Victor Oladipo in the James Harden trade, only for them to trade Oladipo before the NBA trade deadline.

Houston finished the year with the worst record in the NBA and nothing suggests they’ll be much better next season. Taking that into account, there could be more trades on the horizon for the Rockets this offseason, including one that could send Eric Gordon elsewhere.

Amid Houston’s train wreck of a season, Gordon posted 17.8 points per game on 43.3 percent shooting from the floor.

While Gordon’s three-point efficiency has declined in recent years, he did shoot a career-high 57.3 percent from two-point range in 2020-21.
