NBA teams that were eliminated from the playoffs or missed out on the playoffs entirely are going back to the drawing board this offseason to fix the issues that led to their season’s ending.

Being aggressive in free agency and on the trade market is usually what happens when a talented team doesn’t achieve their goal of winning a title.

One move made by a team can change the trajectory of their franchise in an instant. Perhaps no greater examples than the blockbuster NBA trade scenarios involving Kawhi Leonard and Anthony Davis that ended up leading to actual championships.

Blockbuster trades are now a common occurrence in the NBA with superstars — and players in general — having more control of their careers.
